Shipping left a lot to be desired. We had to request several times to have the item resent because of breakage. There are slate inserts and a number of times the slate was cracked and broken. The boxes upon receipt were all banged up and looked like they had been dropped.

Great set, chairs are awesome, but I find the table scratches very easy, can't place anything on glass, need place mats at all times. Love the slate, wish the table was more scratch resistance.
