A freight carrier delivers this item if you select the free shipping option. We call this 'Self Service' because you'll need to move the package off of the truck yourself. If you change your mind , you can always upgrade your delivery in your Shopping Cart or on the product page. Check out the descriptions of your upgrade options below.

Self Service (Included!):

Delivery to: The delivery truck will park in front of your home, and you'll need to move the package off of the truck yourself.. You may want a friend or family member on hand for help.
Packaging: The product will be left in the original packaging.
Assembly: None
Some freight carriers offer their own services. Once we send you your tracking info, you can call the carrier directly to get more info. You'll need to pay the freight carrier directly if you arrange for additional services though

Front Door Delivery (additional $99)

Delivery to: Front door or equivalent. If you live in a home with a garage, the item will be left in your garage. If you don’t have a garage, the item will be left in your front entrance. If you live in an apartment above the first floor you may want to upgrade to Inside Delivery.
Packaging: The item will be left in the original packaging.
Assembly: None

Inside Delivery & Packaging Removal (additional $149)

Delivery to: A room you choose inside your home. This includes up two flights of stairs (a flight is 4-15 steps.) Let us know if you need additional flights.
Packaging: The delivery team will remove and dispose of all packaging.
Assembly: The delivery team will unpack the product and provide up to 15 minutes of basic setup with no tools , like setting pieces next to each other or on top of each other.

Delivery Notes

Once your order is near, a rep from the shipping company will call and give you a 4 hour window to arrange for delivery.

Just remember, setup services don’t include electrical, plumbing or component hookups. You can always have something carried up more than 30 steps or assembled for a longer time, but it’s extra of course. Just let us know..
