Product Review for Hillsdale Large Oak Wrap Around Home Bar
Although the bar is seemingly well made, the grain of the wood on the side bar and the full bar go in different directions and it stands out so much that we are having a new top made. BUT the price was so much less expensive through Wayfair that the total cost ended up being about the average price for the same bar if we had purchased it elsewhere. So all in all, we are happy.

We purchased the oak finish wrap around home bar with the understanding that the side bar could be attached to either the left of right side. It does not fit the side with a door as it covers the hinges and the other side partially covers the wine rack. We use the side piece separate from the bar. This is solid oak wood and easy to put together and level. Only disappointment is that we thought we were purchasing furniture made in the USA when in fact it is made in China.
BOTTOM LINE Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Product Review for Hillsdale Large Oak Wrap Around Home Bar
Just had this delivered and I set it up pretty quickly. Only negative thing I can say is it could be a little bigger (longer return). For the price, you can't go wrong. Putting it together was easy, but the large bar top really doesn't have good directions or guides for the screws like the small bar top does. You need to look at the pictures on-line very close and you will understand how it works. Buy a couple knobs for the drawer and cabinet doors and you will be all set to serve up your first drink. Can't beat it for the money. I looked at MANY too! [...] Instructions are fair (look at on-line pictures if you have issues). Should not take you too long to set up. I bought a couple extra corner bracket for the large top just for extra strength (brackets in package would be fine I guess, just my preference). Side bar needs to be lined up to make a good fit. Don't screw everything in first without lining up the bar tops. It will line up close, but not be exactly perfect. I built the side bar first since it had screw guides and matched up the large bar top to the small one. Worked out rather well. Again, great buy for the money!

Great delivery time! Said it might be a couple weeks and got in within a weeks time. Delivery guy was great too. Just had him drop it off in my garage as it was about 10 F outside. The delivery company called me with an estimate and then called two days before they delivered it with a 4 hour time span. Called again the day I got it dropped off. Can't complain. Better than the cable guy. Packaging is top notch.
