After only a little over 15 months the middle of this support frame caved in. I could understand if I had put a ton of weight on it, but I had not. Unfortunately, this is what came with my daybed, and now I have to find a whole new bed. I would not recommend this to anyone, even my worst enemy.

Every rung broke loose from the center support after 13 months - thus, no warranty. Only option offered was to replace with exactly the same deck.

When I first ordered I placed an additional order on the Suspension Deck, because it wasn't clear that this would be shipped with the bed. I canceled immediately and after a couple calls and e-Mail contact the order was completed. After a little while I got a note that this particular item was out of stock and it couldn't be delivered and on back order until January. I was pretty upset because we needed this bed for the holidays. Customer Service was so nice and a real big help and found another suspension Deck. However when I received the shipment, one side of the suspension Deck didn't have any holes... so I wasn't able to put it together. It also had a note in the box, that this was a defect suspension deck... I called customer service and again they were very helpful and I was able to order another one. I haven't received it yet.. I am hoping to receive it today. Customer Service is awesome! However the warehouse doesn't seem to do a really good job!
BOTTOM LINE Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

This unit will not last longer than 9 months with regular use. The metal rungs will snap off. The replacement unit is much too expensive.
